A typical implementation project will take about three months and you will begin to see revenue gains as soon as your online solution is up and working.

Our implementation methodology is based on ‘incremental development’. This approach makes the progress of the implementation of the entire project visible to all involved parties (managers, developers, clients etc.)

Project analysis

In order to gain knowledge of client needs and requirements, we perform a project analysis which is used to ensure full agreement on solution, timing and cost.

Project specification

The first task after the contract has been signed is to produce a detailed specification document describing all aspects of the implementation project. Acceptance of this specification document initiates the practical steps.

Website set-up

The basic system is made available – typically as an "http://ip-number" prior to the registration of the final Internet domain (or sub domain).

Website modifications

The website is branded and designed in accordance with the specification. This includes the embedding of the system pages and all specialist technical work..

Integration implementation

Integration with other systems (ad booking, ad production, business systems, "classified ad partners", etc) is set up in accordance with agreed specifications.

Test

Prior to internal release, the entire system is tested thoroughly – including all integration pathways and links.

Training and acceptance

MatchWork provides full training for sales and administration staff. When the entire solution is fully accepted, the external delivery process is initiated.

External delivery

The full solution is delivered. This includes a fully-functional website with front-end data integration and a complete back-end system, as per specification.

Post-delivery support

MatchWork provides continuous support, including refresher training, assistance with sales development and system upgrades.
