New Service: CV Converter
MatchWork has recently launched a brand new service which allows jobseekers to register and activate their CV quicker and more conveniently than ever before.
The CV converter is available for jobsites in English, Swedish and German language for the time being.
The CV Converter enhances the existing CV and job matching service, enabling jobseekers to upload an existing CV in the form of a text document including Microsoft Word files. The advanced conversion technology reads the CV and automatically populates all the relevant sections of the matching profile. The results are then presented to the jobseeker to enhance and edit before the CV is activated. Matching with job ads then begins immediately.
The CV Converter is also beneficial to publishers and employers, as making the CV activation process easier and quicker inevitably leads to an increased number of CVs in the database. This gives publishers an increasingly stronger sales proposition and also generates improved response for advertisers
The feedback from the market is very positive; Already, within the first months of its production it has diminished the incompletion rates considerably on the sites where it has been implemented as an alternative to the fully manual way of entering a CV into a CV database.
