MW Satisfaction Survey 2008

This year’s response has increased to record high of 60%. We very much appreciate the support our customers have given us and are very pleased with the feedback we have received.

We have now summarised the main conclusions and top-line findings of this all-partner exercise, and are already implementing actions for 2009 based on our customers’ input.

With an overall satisfaction rating of 72% and valuable feedback as to where and how to direct our future investments, we have gained a lot from the 2008 survey. It has provided solid foundation for our key objective – to make each one of our partners more competitive and to deliver real opportunities for revenue growth in the market conditions of 2009. We see this objective as a deliverable, not an ambition.
